Come On Out Skiing or Boarding

Shot from the Dollar Terrain Park. Get out on Sunday to see the second annual Pond Skim on Dollar. Baldy the Hawaiian Nationals will be taking place off Warm Spring Lift area. Music at Whiskeys and Apples this week and weekend. Soak up the last of the winter sun and fun in Ketchum this weekend.

Powder Skiing in Sun Valley


Sun Valley is getting some great snow. Eleven inches in the last 48 hours and its been snowing all day here. The forecast is for more of the same......yipee.......March is going out like a lion....

Downhill and Nordic skiing is great......get out.

24 Inches of Snow in 24 hours......epic.. Skiing and boarding is amazing.
More snow in the forecast for Thursday and Friday....the sun is out now so get out there while its still lite....

Trent Into Nome Early This Morning

Trent made it to Nome early this morning. The team finished in 25th.....great job. Finishing Time: 10 Days 12 Hours 16 Minutes and 58 Seconds.

Trent is in White Mountain


Here is Trent in White Mountain off the Web Cam.....just came in....go Trent...He will most likely rest here then push on through to Nome....more to come

Iditarod.....Trent looks to finish in the next 24 hours

Trent our favorite musher looks to finish the Iditarod in the next 24 hours or so. Great job and he is currently in 27 place and his goal was to finish in the top 30. He is currently at mile 857 and will be coming into White Mountain sometime this morning. Congrats Trent and we will keep tracking you until you cross the finish line in Nome....Amazing Race......

Mile 405 on the Iditarod Trail

Trent is in Iditarod a ghost town, the team is running well. His plans are for fast runs and long rests. He has a great group of dogs with several 2 year olds.....Go Trent. Weather is great and the race is shaping up to be a fast finish. Several teams stayed over for their 24 hour rest in Takotna.....more to come on Trent and his team.

Its That Time of Year 2011 Iditarod

We will again follow Trent and his team to Nome....Trent is at mile 112, which is 4 miles out of Finger Lake heading towards Rainy Pass.....looks like he is resting at this time of the post.
