Break Away in May

Winter has already left the greater Sun Valley area. Spring is here.....time to take a long weekend and visit Sun Valley. The bike path is open and there are some short local hikes available also.
Red Fish Lake is open to canoe and Silver Creek is closed to fishing but you can float through. There are currently hundreds of birds and even moose in the area....

Get in last Tracks on Bald Mountain....we did get snow last night so skiing is great. Music tonight in Ketchum and at the SV Brewery in Hailey....

Its Snowing

Yes its April and we are getting snow. Well its ok, since we are open till April 24th and lodging and tickets are at an all time low.....April snow will bring summer flowers and all the best. Lots of music and skiing left in the 2011 season, come up and enjoy. April Last Tracks...

Come On Out Skiing or Boarding

Shot from the Dollar Terrain Park. Get out on Sunday to see the second annual Pond Skim on Dollar. Baldy the Hawaiian Nationals will be taking place off Warm Spring Lift area. Music at Whiskeys and Apples this week and weekend. Soak up the last of the winter sun and fun in Ketchum this weekend.

Powder Skiing in Sun Valley

Sun Valley is getting some great snow. Eleven inches in the last 48 hours and its been snowing all day here. The forecast is for more of the same......yipee.......March is going out like a lion....

Downhill and Nordic skiing is great......get out.
