Today kicks off the 76th year of skiing for Sun Valley. We opened this morning with temperatures in the low 30's and 16 inches of snow on top. Warm Spring and River run is skiing top to bottom. Skiing is great and there are discounted tickets available.

What a difference 4 hours makes.......this morning top of Baldy and now. Yes....its snowing and the forecast is for more through the weekend. We will be ready for Thanksgiving opening with Baldy and Dollar both opening.

Sun Valley received the first blast from mother nature last night. Four inches of natural snow and cold temperatures are helping with preparing the mountain for opening on Thanksgiving Day.

Cold temps and more snow in the forecast for next week.....we are now in a snow cycle so lets get ready to rip it up........
